Family: Mother Clara and father John were divorced. His mother is dead. His father along with his younger brother Max are most likely dead, too, but he doesn't know for sure.

Skills: He cannot speak any other language besides English. He is very intelligent and great with computers and tech. He would have gone to MIT if the world haven't turned upside down. He has enhanced strenght because of military experiments that happened to him because he has a special set of DNA. He is good with combat, hand to hand fighting, but he can barely hit a target with a gun. He is a good and fast runner.

Clothes: He's never cared about what he wore, nowdays, he is usually wearing all-black-everything outfits, simply for the sole purpose of easier hidding. Combat boots and black leather glows are a part of his usual attire, alongside hoodies.

Relationship status: He has never been in a romantic relationship, because he was too focused on getting scholarship. He had many crushes though. He is open to relationship but doesn't seek it, he has better things to do, like surviving.

Mannerism: He plays with whatever he's got in his hands, no matter the emotion. He just always does it.

Personality: He is rather sarcastic, though at first interaction he appears almost shy. The apocalypse had made him stronger, he has done things he would never say he would be able to do. He is pessimist now, that hasn't always been that way.

Body type: He is slim for the lack of food but not very thin. He is quite tall. He has some muscles but it's not obvious straight away.

Oliver was born to an ordinary family. His mother was a nurse and his father an accountant. They lived in a nice house with a garden and everything in the suburbs. When he was ten years old, his brother was born. His parents used to be happy but the love simply left and they decided to divorce. It was very calm, they made that decision together. Oliver and his brother were sad about it but at least their parents remained friends. The house was left to their mother and both of them lived there with her, visiting thefather whenever they wanted. Oliver was a great student, could be considered a nerd but he never played many video games or watched too much TV. He was usually in the house basement, building stuff. He was very crafty and liked technology and computers. He wasn't good at sports besides running and was a loner. He didn't have many friends and rather spent Fridays in the basement. He had perfect grades and was trying really hard to get a scholarship at MIT. His parents were really proud. He would have got that scholarship eventually.

It was a day like any other, his little brother was with his father. They went on a trip to the Zoo. Oliver was just home in the evening until his mother made him go to the grocery store with her. Something about always being home. They parked the car but everything seemed a little off. They got out of the car but no one was around. Oliver made his way towards the store, thinking his mother was following him. She wasn't. He turned around to see her slowly walking to a pair of kids, they could have been barely ten. He kept asking her what was going on but she didn't answer. She was acting strangely and at last, she threw herself at the kids. Oliver immediately jumped at her and pulled her away from them. There was something in her eyes he couldn't place. She started screaming and launched at him, too. He stopped moving because he didn't want to hurt her. She left him and jumped at the kids again who were petrified and crying. Oliver knew it was no longer his mother and he had to do something. He took the first thing he found and smashed it over her head. She fell to the ground instantly, dead. He didn't mean to hit her so hard. He sobbed uncontrollably but pulled himself together for the sake of those kids. He would be guilt-ridden his whole life but that wasn't his mother anymore. She would never hurt innocent children like that. He did it for them. To save them. He tried calling the police or his father or brother but the line went dead with every try. Luckily, the police station wasn't far away from the store so he took the kids there when they claimed to not have parents with them. It was a madhouse there and he was told to wait. He was waiting for a long time. There was something very wrong with the world. It didn't take long for the government to take action. The borders were closed, flights cancelled. Top scientists and experts were trying to figure it out. Soon, they found some special trait in DNA that only a small portion of people had. Testing in every town started immediately. Oliver had it and he was taken by the government. And not very nicely. He wanted to find his father and brother but he had no choice in the matter.
He was taken to some kind of facility and treated like a guinea pig, subjected to various experiments. If he was not prodded, stabbed with needles or on an operation table, he was held in a bright white cell-like room. He was a prisoner and couldn't do anything about it. After some time, the doctors were getting desperate to fix the world which resulted in crazier experiments. One went wrong and the chemical they pumped him with, left him in a coma for weeks, when he finally woke up, he seemed alright. Upon closer inspection, they found out he was way stronger than an ordinary human should. He used the new-found skill to escape the facility. He was led by three guards to take a shower and they stayed outside the door. He faked injury, said he slipped and needed help. He ambushed them and ran away, successfully escaping. Ever since then, Oliver was running, hiding, surviveing while trying to find his father and younger brother. Or at least a mention of their death. He wasn't naive but if there was a slightest chance they were still alive, he would find them.
